The ecstasy of the creator is manifest in so many ways; it comes in the form of a tsunami, it comes in the form of a tornado, it comes in the form of sunshine, snow, and most of all, absolute stillness. Here and there, one planet, one galaxy, little tsunami, little tornado, but a major part of it is stillness. It has been kind of consecrated, you can say. The very sound has been consecrated. When we consecrate a sound like this, it has been done with the intention that a large part of you will become stillness but you will retain the liveliness of life around you.

Just wanna share my experience of chanting this mantra. Once I had accepted responsibility for an Isha activity as a volunteer, but that day when I had to spring into action, I was badly suffering a stomach-ache. I managed to get out of the house and had even boarded the bus, but the pain was irritably nagging and was killing at times.
Suddenly I recalled this mantra's capability to connect with Sadhguru's Grace, and began the chant. The pain was forcing to utter the same with absolute awareness. I couldn't lose focus at that time. Within 5 minutes, I was absorbed into Him that my pain was gone. I made it to the event at the right time, and everything happened as planned. May I ever experience that Grace, that unending ever-flowing Grace Any mantra needs to be chanted with absolute awareness.
